Whether Sponsorship fees is to be covered under minimum threshold...... Of Rs. 10,00,000 for service provider. As our client has received such amount so whether this to be include in our threshold limit.

For service provider minimum threshold of rs. 10 lakhs but it will fall under the RCM also.
