Kindly change our Bank Account name from ......... Limited to ...... Limited in respect of the above mentioned bank account numbers subsequent to changes in the name of the Company. The proof of the same is attached herewith for your reference.

27 July 2012 AGreed you are not required to pass any resolution in this regard. Just need to send an intimation to the Bank intimating that the name of hte company has been changed w.e.f. .... Copy of Special Resolution and New Certificate of Incorporation is to be send with the letter.
