Please tell me the procedure to incorporate a sole proprietership company.

No problem you can start a firm in the name of Ramkrishna & Co. as proprietor. For this you have to take the following
1) Trade Licence in the name of Ramkrishna & Co from the local Municipal Corporation.
2) Printing of Letter Heads.
3) Rubber Stamp for proprietorship and round seal.
4) Open a Bank account.
5) Register with Sales Tax Department
6) Register with Central Sales Tax Department
7) Register with Service Tax Department.
The above 5 to 7 shall be applicable only when you attain the turnover limit fixed by the department or if you are purchasing any goods for sale from other states.
