As we are new in our field. Please suggest a suitable software for our accounting purpose as we are manufacturer of Fly Ash Bricks.

Although the selection of the softwares depends upon no of factors like types of business, cost, reports to extracts, type of organization structure..etc.
Since yours is a manufacturing unit, you are required to maintain stock of raw materials, WIP & final products, so i would suggest you to go for Tally 9.2 or busy which have facilities for stock maintenance.
Also, there are many ERPs which are designed for specific needs, but which may be costly but can be designed to suit your specific requirement.
