Signature with thumb impression

DOES ANY ONE LET ME KNOW THE PROCEDURE FOR SIGNING ITR WITH THUMB IMPRESSION DOES IT NECESSARY IDENTIFY WITH GAZETTED OFFICER. ?

According to my view you have to sign in ITR thump Impression is not allowed in Income tax return.

If you are a man then your LTI (Left thumb impression) and if you are ladies then RTI (Right hand thumb impression) is required. It is not necessary to put the thumb impression before a gazetted officer. Kindly get the Aadhar Card prepared for the persons who are not educated or are not in a position to put their signature. This will help you in filing of your return.
