Hi you all can anyone explain me regarding my Q. my CA raise bill on me for filling tax return i dont have problem for that but on that bill he sign with their comany name for eg; shah & co now my question is thah this is correct method of sign. or any law consider for professional people having authority to sign like this. plz explain

No there is no law.
He will sign in his individual capacity , if he is propreitor of such firm.
If it is partnership firm, then he will sign it as partner of firm on behalf of firm.
