Who will sign the FORM 16 when it is of the person responsible to deduct TDS, himself ?
i.e. person can sing his own FORM 16 in capcity of person liable to deduct TDS ?

IT WOULD BE BETTER TO GET THE FORM 16 SIGNED FROM DIRECTOR, OR ANY OTHER RESPONSIBLE FINANCE PERSON.
