Sir, My total SCTG for fin year 2012-13 is 871 and my break up is
upto 15/9 = 109
from 16/9 to 15/12 = 798
from 16/12 to 15/3 = -24
from 16/3 to 31/3 = -12
How to show this in ITR-2 with break up as it does not accept negative values?

and 16/3 to 31/3 should be shown as stcl.
