06 July 2013 One HUF Consist of 5 members. Now Karta died. HUF is having some shares of one company. They want to gift those share to somebody..can they do so??/

06 July 2013 First they need to select a karta from among themselves hen after the consent of all other members in writing karta can gift shares to others.
