dear all,
please share your knowledge on the share capital, what is authorised share capital? is it a combination of both equity and preference share capital? what are the various types of equity?

Dear Friend Share Capital means the share in the capital of the company.
Authorized Capital- Limit upto which a Company can issue Share.
Issued Capital- Upto which Company already issue Share.
Subscribe Capital- The portion of Issued Capital Subscribe by the Public or Private Individuals in case of Pvt ltd.
Paid-up Capital- Portion of Subscribe Capital the Payment of which is paid.
Authorized Capital- Limit upto which a Company can issue Share.
Issued Capital- Upto which Company already issue Share.
Subscribe Capital- The portion of Issued Capital Subscribe by the Public or Private Individuals in case of Pvt ltd.
Paid-up Capital- Portion of Subscribe Capital the Payment of which is paid.
