20 June 2012 dear sir/madam, can a director of a pvt. ltd. company introduced his personal land/property, cash in the company. please explain

If director are using their land for company purpose an agreement should be made between company and director and if possible rent will receive for the same from company by director.

The cash given by director will be treated as loan given by director to the company.
