in A Pvt.Ltd Company Authorised Share Capital 1000000.00 ( 100000@10Per Share) But Issued Share Capital 104000.00( 10400Share Are Issued) from Last 3 years in Balance Sheet Share Application money 3100000.00is Showing So Please Guide Me How Can i Solve this Matter Issue / Allote share ?? What will we can do for this...Sahre Application Money Received from Directetors & reliatives

It is management decision that the share application money should be alloted or it should be return with interest.

You can also treat it as unsecured loan, if the lender/investor agree for this.
