Share allotment and appointment of director

I have to allot shares and appoint them as directors, What should to E-file first? Appointment or Allotment? Can anyone tell its step by step procedure?

It can be either way if the company is incorporated under 2013 act since Director
need not require share qualification.
If company is incorporated under 1956 act,have a look at the AOA to check
appointment needs subscription of shares or not and then determine the order
of preference.
