what is the meaning of SEZ & what are its advantages & disadvantages? direct & indirect tax exemption for sez units?

SEZ ,it is initial for Special Economic Zones, SEZ are area which are granted by the Government to develop area from which mainly export activity is promoted and thus so many tax benefits extended by the Government
