company has hired two truck from transport company on month basis, plz let me know weather company liable to pay ST on truck hire on month basis if yes how much,

04 October 2015 No RCM liability. If the transport company claims service tax it has to be paid.
If you are a GTA no service tax applicable on hiring the truck.
