What is the due date for filing service tax return in case of individuals?

25th October for service tax half yearly return.

Due date of submission of ST3 is same for all asseesees.
25th October for the period of April to September.
25th April for the period of October to March.

Also take note of Late fee for Delay in filing Service Tax Return
# Delay of first 15 days then penalty will be Rs. 500
# Delay of 15 to 30 days then penalty will be Rs. 1000
# Delay is more than 30 days then penalty will be Rs 1000+100 Rs. per day beyond 30 days, Subject to maximum penalty can be Rs. 20000/-
