SERVICE TAX RETURN FOR 1ST.QRT OF 2012-2013 i.e APRIL'2012 TO SEPT'2012 DUE DT OF FILING 25.10.2012.BUT SERVICE TAX SIDE I SEE RETURN FILE ON 25.10.2012 ONLY FOR APRIL'2012 TO JUNE'2012.

Don't confuse. U need to file in old format for the period from 1st April, 2012 to 30th June, 2012 before 25.10.2012.
And new return for the period from 1st July, 2012 to 30th September, 2012 is yet to notify by the Department.
And new return for the period from 1st July, 2012 to 30th September, 2012 is yet to notify by the Department.
