Hi,
Can i register my company under service tax thro Online? if yes means pls advise me, how to register thro online.

Online registration is mandatory. For that , please visit www.aces.gov.in --> learn ACES online (LMS Service tax) OR

I agree with Mr. Chackrapani. Online register is mandatory. You have to file online Form ST-1 at www.aces.gov.in after filing you have to take printout of that form and along with that forms you have to submit following documents.
1. Memorundum and articles
2. Certificate of Incorporation
3. Pan Number
4. Authorised Signatory ID
5. Name and address of Directors
6. Excise R/c if it is available.
7. If directors are foreigners you have to file FRRO Certificate and Passport copy.
