What is the procedure for new service Tax registration.

you will get everything there
Create user id and password through the above site using new user registration option.
Then log in and click'REG'. Select ST-1, fill up and upload.
Download ST-1 sign and seal and attach the following documents and submit before the jurisdictional superintendent.
a) Self certified copy of PAN, (where allotment is pending, copy of the application for PAN may be given)
b)Copy of Lease deed/Rental agreement of the premises,if applicable.
c)A brief technical write up on the services provided
d)Copy of a valid Power of Attorney where the individual does not file the application.
e) In case the service provider is a partnership firm, copy of the partnership deed.
f) In case the service provider is a company, copy of certificate of incorporation along with copies of MOA and AOA.
