we are providing design service like wedding card and sale so I want know which ratio I will charge service and sale to client please guide me

Yes, the service which you are providing i.e, designing of a wedding card attracts service tax. My understanding is that you are selling wedding cards as well.
You can decide to split the service and sale of wedding cards separately basing on your purchase cost, sale cost, design cost etc.
There is no specific percentage you can apply to decide the cost for service tax as well as for sales.
You may provide separate invoices or bifurcation in the invoice to avoid difficulties with Sales tax and service tax authorities.
Otherwise, depending on your experience, you can decide the percentage of sales and service and you may provide one invoice for entire thing.
