20 July 2015 I am service provider. I provide space to a car company (one time) for display car for one month and they paid me gross consideration Rs 25000/-. I have service tax number and I am regular paying service tax. Is there any service tax liability on above consideration. The above is only one time receipt

27 July 2015 one more query. I had given space to a whole seller for department store. I did renovation in that space for which they paid me 400,000/- through RTGS. whther i am liable to pay service tax on this amount.

If service tax liability arise on this amount. Please guide me how I can save service tax

27 July 2015 If you are already a service tax payer you can't avoid it.
The payment towards renovation expenses will form part of rent and service tax applicable on it.
