06 July 2011 Now Service tax has become payable on the accrual basis.I have a query regarding this. If we have provided services in the month of May and issued the bill in the month of June (10-06-2011)
, as per rule(with in 14 days of performing services). When we have to pay the service tax? Whether in the month of June or July? Please help!

06 July 2011 There is an option given for such cases. As per that, u need to pay on receipt basis for the bill dt 10/06/2011.
