I am service tax deposit on 06/10/2013(After 1 day).

If you made e-payment the no penalty as due date for e-payment is 6th.
Otherwise penalty will be 18%of Service Tax Amount for 1 days.
i.e.,
Service Tax X 18% X 1/365
Otherwise penalty will be 18%of Service Tax Amount for 1 days.
i.e.,
Service Tax X 18% X 1/365
