Service tax on services of maintenance given to embassies ?

We are providing maintenance services to an Embassy. Is services tax leviable on such services??? If no, then I want official notification issued by the Govt. to exempt the same.

Maintenance service provided to the embassy will be taxable service. It is not export of service. service provider and recipient both are available in India. It will be come under the place of provision rule 20012. Service tax will be payable on this services.
