Dear Members
Kindly let me know whether a member of Retailer's Association of India (RSA) deny the payment of service tax on account of the fact that Bombay High Court has stayed the payment. Though it is running an outlet across the country.
What are the remedy available with the person who is not receiving the amount of service tax from him....!

Reciving of service tax as per contract term is no relation with service tax act. Even though a person is not reciving the tax , he has to deposit the tax.
