Service tax on receipt basis

sir,
my client is having gross receipt below 50 lac so please let me know whether to collect service tax on accrual basis or receipt basis please let me know.

Now service tax need to pay accrual basis only
11 January 2016
Cash basis can be followed vide notification 03/2012, ST Dated: March 17, 2012.
