A proprietorship consultancy firm engaged in H R training in Educational institute or Industrial area. Service tax is applicable for above services? Under which Service?

It will come under commercial training or coaching centre. Service tax is applicable for this service. certain specific exemptions are there. Kindly go thro the relevant notn.
