whether march-10 GTA liability be paid in the month of May-10.or whether with the month of April-10 payment it may be merged and paid with interest.

06 May 2010 The due date for Service Tax for the month/quarter ending March'10 is 31/03/2010.

It shall be paid through a separate challan and in case of delay alongwith interest.

Should not be merged with liability for Apr'10.
