if freight paid to transport company less then 1500. does freight payer not liable to pay 25% ST under reverse charges.
is this correct or not please confirm..

27 March 2015 Mega Exemption Notification No. 25/2012-ST has exempted low value consignments from the levy of service tax, as follows: (a) Where the gross amount charged for the transportation of goods on a consignment transported in a single goods carriage is upto Rs 1,500/-; or (b) Where the gross amount charged for transportation of all such goods for a single consignee in the goods carriage is upto Rs. 750/-.

If it is a single goods carriage, If not it is upto Rs. 750 you are not liable to pay under RCM.

27 March 2015 I have retired as Executive Director.
Managing Director is head of team of functional Directors.
Functional Directors/ Executive Directors are:-
Director/Finance (CFO)
Director/HR (human resource)
Director/Technical
Director/Marketing
Director/Production

Non Executive Directors are not involved in the day to day operations of the company and only will attend board meetings.

28 March 2015 Normally Managing Director will be CEO of the company. If not some other person will be designated as CEO.
