Is there a service tax liability on Freight collected when transportation is provided by means OTHER than road, Like Air, Sea...??

Other connected service tax heads are as follows:-
1) Transportation of coastal goods and goods transported through national waterways and inland water.
2) Transport of goods by air service.
3) Transport of goods by rail service.
4) Transport of goods, other than water, through pipeline or other conduit service.
