31 October 2012 We are the exporters of Textile - Man made Fabrics. We have taken service tax registration under category GTA. Can we take credit on input services against GTA ?

31 October 2012 Service tax of input service tax is not allowed against the service tax on GTA. The Input service tax credit is allowed only against output service tax only.
you are paying under reverse charge and it is not output service.

Its Not Your Output Service.
You Can Take Credit of GTA That You Had Paid Against Any of Your Output Service That You Have Provided.
