Service tax on customization

I am working in a company where we provide wallpaper/paintings/decals etc. as per required by customer. We have standard design which are ready to use by we also charged customization from client but my query is that is this customization charges is applicable for service tax? please let me know.

As it not included in the negative list service tax payable.

It will fall under works contract notification of 24/2012 applicable.
