plz guide me on following situation if possible given under below..........
one of my client is engaged in providing service of tractor, crane, JCB, with some client on month basis and with some on day basis and hours basis also, plz let me know weather ST will be applicable on this above stated service or not. if yes any abatement or RCM,

plz guide it's urgent

05 October 2015 Sir my client is service provider of JCB, crane etc. plz let me know does my client liable to avail small service provider limit and can he charge 14% ST on 100% value on day basis, hours basis as well as on the month basis also....

05 October 2015 Yes your client is eligible to avail small service provider, provided his total service provided not exceeded the limit of 10 lacs. It is left to his option to charge on hours or monthly basis.
