Service tax on contract of govt

22 September 2015 dear sir/madam
our company has taken the govt contract for construct the road. plz tell me do we need to charge ST in invoice or not also tell me any abate and weather RCM will be applicable or not..........

Services provided to the Government, a local authority or a governmental authority by way of construction, erection, commissioning, installation, completion, fitting out, repair, maintenance, renovation, or alteration of a road, bridge, tunnel, or terminal for road transportation for use by general public.
