plz let me know in which case the service receiver will not get the abatement of 60% in respect of cab hire....

plz confirm....

16 September 2015 If you have received the services from Limited company then only service provider will pay the service tax. In case service provider will charge service tax on the value of 60% then you need to pay service tax on 40%. If service provider will not charged the service tax then you can avail the abatement of 60% and pay service tax on 40%.

17 September 2015 Respected arun kumar ji.... firstly thanks for replying my Query. sir plz tell me if no RCM applicable then service provider will pay the ST. how much he will charged in the bill weather 100% or 40%
