Please Advise

Bank Charges including Service tax, Whether we can take the Modvat Service Tax rebate on that or not?

01 May 2011 Yes. It can be taken

If Service tax mentioned in the advice, you can take directly

If mentioned in inclusive of service tax, you can calculate the service tax on back calculation method and get certified by your banker
