Service tax liablity against finance commission received

19 April 2015 one of my client Automobiles Dealer, he Vehicle sale CASH AND FINANCE
my question is sale vehicle against finance and finance company given payout against vehicle finance ,
I have received finance payout it is liability of Service tax or not ?

if Service tax Liability why and Stax Law which Section ?

19 April 2015 Service tax payable on finance commission. As per negative list only interest is exempted from service tax.
