one of my client Automobiles Dealer, he Vehicle sale CASH AND FINANCE
my question is sale vehicle against finance and finance company given payout against vehicle finance ,
I have received finance payout it is liability of Service tax or not ?
if Service tax Liability why and Stax Law which Section ?

Service tax payable on finance commission. As per negative list only interest is exempted from service tax.
