14 April 2016 Dear Sir,

Is there any big issue if i don't pay service tax interest and late panelty of service tax return ?
While I have paid my total service tax payable.

14 April 2016 not a big issue, but you paid the same as early as possible, because you received notice for the same from department

14 April 2016 Service tax assessment you will be issue demand notice for interest and penalty. Better pay interest and penalty, to avoid additional interest and penalty which will be added till discharge.
