Dear Sir,
Only in income tax, it is given that even one day delay will attract one month interest.But no where in service tax it was mentioned like that.Even in CA final supplementary material calculation was done p.a basis for 6 months full and after that if delay is less than 6 months day wise calculation was done.Kindly give clarification regarding it.
