Service tax for packers and movers

Dear Seniors,
One of my client servicing packers and movers to company and induvials.
currently they have not claiming any taxes from his customer.
I request you to please advice right method of deduction of both company and induvials
incase of tax arrived, pls tell rate of tax and abatement.

You need to pay service tax after 10 lakhs of the turnover.
