meri firm ka turn over 4000000.00 year hai aur jisme taxable service 500000.00 ki hai aur 3500000.00 ki sale hai.to kya mujhe service tax mein exemption milega.

No. You are not required to pay service tax. When taxable service reached Rs 9 lakh you need to take the registration when it crosses Rs 10 lakh you need to pay service tax.

no when the amount is rs. 9 lacs then you make registration and pay service tax when you reach at rs. 10 lacs
