Our compnay is construction company and we received a bill of advertising & publicity with servict tax rate of 1.54%

.LESS DISC - 14000
THEY ARE CHARGING SERVICE TAX ON 100000
AND IN MY VIEW THEY SHOUL CHARGE ST ON 86000.
PLZ GIVE ME D WRITE OPINION
