We are a religious trust. We prepared some audio visuals for a charitable trust.
1. Is the charitable trust bound to deduct service tax from the payment due to us?
2. Is there any annual limit up to which service tax is not payable regardless of the status of the parties involved?

There is not deduction of ST.
Service Tax is exempted till turnover of Rs. 10 lakhs.
