Is service tax registration & service tax payment applicable to cold storage owner. where total billing to client exceeded Rs. 10,00,000/- in a financial year 2014-15.

Service tax registration and payment applicable if cold storage is used for other than agricultural produce.

Is service tax payable on all product stored or only on product other than agriculture produce. Because client is storing lots of items including agriculture produce.
