30 March 2012 Dear All,

1)We are holding service tax registration with three services. Please advise whether we need to submit three service tax returns for each services or one return for all three services.

2)We are one company, one PAN no. having two separate divisions working in same premises/address. Please advise me, we take one or two service tax registration number?

30 March 2012 i) One ST-3 will suffice.
ii) One registration because it is based on PAN and operating under one roof.
