if a consulting engineer has the certificate of industrial training institute which is run by ministry of labour and rehabilitation,will he be exempted for his services??

Please write clearly what nature of service provided by you?

No as long as his services cross 10 lakhs in the previous year. In the foirst year he wouldbe exempt upto Rs. 10 Lakhs.
