24 September 2010 A individual pay Service Tax (Input credit) by himself can also take credit of the Service Tax (Output Credit) or not.

27 September 2010 Thanks for replying back. I have tried to explain my query in detail.

An individual engaged with Engineering Consultancy, he pay Service Tax for Consultancy Services.

Can he take Service Tax input credit against his bill payment of Electricity, telephone etc. where service tax is included with the bills.
