Service Tax Return to be submitted online in form ST-3. Form can be downloaded and return can be submitted from website : https://www.aces.gov.in/

DUE DATE OF FILING SERVICE TAX RETURN IN ST3 IS--
FOR 1ST HALF - 25TH OCTOBER
FOR 2ND HALF - 25TH APRIL.
You can file the return after due date also but you will have to pay penalty. Also remember that Service Tax Return can be revised only once within 90 Days of filing of the Original return.
As per Rule 7C there will be levied following fees for delayed filing of service tax return.
Late fee for delay in filing---
First 15 Days - Rs 500
16-30 days Rs 1000
More than 30 days Rs 1000 + Rs 100 per day beyond 30 days. (Subject to Maximum of Rs 20000/-)
