Dear sir , unknowningly we charge service tax @14% in two bill only in 1st April , can i take entry in tally @12.36 and deposit it.because current s.tax rate is 12.36% not 14 %. ?

you can entry for 12.36% and deposit. excess tax give back to customer with raising credit note

So there is no change in service tax rate .can anyone please specify the notification no.
