i want to know whether loading or unloading service is taxable if than in which category it is taxable
further in case if ca provided service regarding income tax case who is liable to pay service tax.

Loading and unloading covered under cargo handling service however if GTA provides loading and unloading services as a incidental service to transportation and issues consignment note then it will be chargeable under Transportation of goods by road.
